In my twenties, I built a successful business, gaining financial independence and reached many of my goals. But somehow I was not very happy. I got stuck in unhealthy patterns and behaviors. And I did not have a clue about how to deal with my emotions. I looked in many self help books and programs, but could not find something that worked consistently.
In 2018, I had a transformative encounter with a teacher that changed everything. With him as a mentor, I could stay on a path that led to radically reduced suffering and increased access to inner resources and a life satisfaction. And when I went through difficult moments, it had meaning instead of hopelessness.
Later, I trained in coaching methods that aligned with this approach, helping others achieve similar breakthroughs.
I support clients in cultivating awareness of what is present in their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. Much of what drives our behavior lies in subtle tensions just beneath the surface. By gently turning attention inward, we begin to notice these layers — not to fix or analyze them, but to meet them with presence.
When we allow discomfort or pressure to be just as it is, we create space for meaningful inner change. My role is not to direct or advise, but to support the client in listening inwards with honesty and courage. Together, we explore what feels alive and true in the moment, trusting that this will lead us where we need to go.
When we stop resisting our inner experience and begin to meet it with openness, a natural clarity can emerge. Beneath the surface, we find the light of our true nature. I believe we are here to reconnect with the essence already within us, and to live from the brilliancy that is uniquely ours.
